What’s Up, everyone? I’m John. Today we are going to discuss Valorant BattlePass. First, let’s understand what a battle pass is in a game. Lots of modern games today are free to play for everyone. The battle pass is like a monetization for a game in which users can get additional content for a game through a tiered system. Everyone can unlock and enjoy a free tier of content; normally battle passes include base weapons and attachments, which can unlock by simply playing the game.
Valorant battle pass is not different from other game battle passes like Fortnite and call of duty. Valorant battle pass has two types: Free battle pass and Premium BattlePass version. People who don’t opt-in for premium Battle Pass can still earn rewards that commemorate their participation during battle pass duration. Premium battle passes simply include more rewards. There is no pay to win or pay to increase the tier system in valorant.
VALORANT BATTLE PASS
Each act in valorant has its own battle pass, which lasts two months. Battle Pass reset with every act in Valorant. All players can unlock cosmetics rewards from the act pass, but the premium content can be unlocked by paying 1,000 Valorant Points.
Each act battle pass has 55 tiers grouped into 11 chapters. Every chapter has 5 tiers. Every player starts with tier 1 completed and passes to tier 2, which requires 2,000 XP points. For every next tier, the number of XP increases by 750.
XP to complete a specific tier = (Tier number * 750) + 500
Each epilogue tier requires 36,500 XP. You need 1,162,500 XP to reach Epilogue tier 55, and 980,000 XP is required to reach chapter 10/ 50.
WHAT REWARD IN VALORANT BATTLE PASS?
All act battle passes contain all five types of cosmetics and Radianite Points. The amount of cosmetics changes in every battle pass, but the free battle pass rewards also remind the same, which are:
- 3 player cards
- 3 player titles
- 3 gun buddies
- 2 sprays
- 2 lots of Radianite Points 10
- 1 Sidearm skin (given as a reward for completing the free track)
What is a Valorant Occasion Pass?
Valorant launched special occasion passes in Valorant, such as Valorant’s anniversaries. Right there are five occasion passes in valorant which are free content just need to play the game and earn some XP to unlock them.

YR 1 Anniversary Pass

RiotX Arcane Pass

Lunar Celebration Event Pass
This is released in Episode 4, Act 1, to celebrate the 2022 Lunar New Year of the Tiger. Lunar Celebration event pass had 7 tiers which required 6,000 XP to unlock. These rewards were:
- 2 player titles
- 2 lots of Radianite Points 10
- 1 player card
- 1 Spray
- 1 Gun Buddy
Crossover Pass
This pass was released in Episode 5, Act 1, to celebrate the release of Episode 5. This pass had 7 free tiers requiring 90,500 XP to unlock them. Players who completed the pass were rewarded with:
- 2 player titles
- 3 player cards
- 2 lots of Radianite Points 10
Champions Pass
This pass was released in Episode 5, Act 2, to celebrate Istanbul’s 2022 VCT Champions event. This pass has 7 tiers which require 131,700 XP to complete. Players who completed the pass were rewarded with:
- 1 Spray
- 2 player titles
- 2 lots of Radianite Points 10
- 1 Player Card
- 1 Gun Buddy
How to level up your tier in the battle pass
Levelling up your battle pass in Valorant is not that hard. You just need to play the game and complete daily and Weekly challenges. Daily Challenges give you 6,000+ XP daily, and Weekly challenges give you almost 100,000+ XP weekly. This mission is not that hard. It means you don’t need to look at the daily and weekly missions they will complete automatically if you regularly play the Valorant game.
