In Valorant, you can’t buy smokes in Valorant like CSGO. You have to rely on the agent who has the power to smoke. One of the best agents that you can use to smoke is Brimstone. He contains all the good utilities and can boost your team’s defense and attack. Using Brimstone can be quite tricky, but mastering him will make every game a piece of cake.
Brimstone
Brimstone is the best controller agent over Omen and Astra in many maps. The agent is of United States origin. Brimstone smoke lasts about 20 seconds which helps your team to stop an enemy push or enter a site by blocking an enemy line. Brimstone grenade launcher stops spike defuses, which last for seven seconds and can be bounced off the walls. The Ultimate of Brimstone can clear a part of the map or kill the enemy when they plant or defuse the spike.

You can set one or multiple locations on a map to land the sky smoke, which blocks vision and lasts for 20 seconds.

How to use Brimstone in Valorant
Brimstone is fun to play, and when it comes to ability, no other agent can compete with him. He can boost his team’s attack as well as defend using his utilities.
Using Ultimate and Molly
Brimstone is most powerful when you have to defend spike after plant. By using these two abilities, you can easily win rounds in attack after plant. When your team plants, you can wait until when the enemy defuses and use your ult on a spike. Same as ultimate, you can find molly on a spike when they defuse.
Remember not to peak wide angle when throwing your molly. You can also go for the lineups. Line ups are the calculated molly on a spike from a long distance. You can learn these lineups from Youtube. If you have lineups, you can easily win rounds in attacks.
Defending Side
In defending, you can smoke enemies entering places like the main and tower. Don’t smoke if your teammate is sniping on that smoke. When you limit your enemy’s line of sight, you can take control of the site and confuse your enemy. You can also use molly when an enemy is entering your site. This will damage your enemies who are pushing and make them push back.
When you smoke, don’t forget to check if anyone is hiding in your smoke because you can easily hide in smoke and kill your enemy when they are not looking.
Attacking Side
Brimstone is most needed in an attack when you are pushing the site. His smokes will help duelists significantly in getting first picks. Smokes can divide a site into different parts, which are easy to push as compared to a full site. Throw your stim beacon when your team is entering the site; this will speed up your team’s movement speed and firing rate, which will benefit your team when pushing.
Another great tactic that you can use with Brimstone is that you can buy a shotgun and smoke yourself, and when the enemy enters your, smoke kills them. You will have 70 percent of them as you will see them first. But don’t repeat this tactic, as, in the second round, the enemy will pre-fire in your direction. Don’t forget to give yourself a buff before going for an early kill. If you give yourself a buff through a stim beacon before pushing, you can easily get an early kill and come back to cover.
