Cosmetics is a fun way to customise your weapons and players items. Today we will discuss what Valorant cosmetics is and how you can equip these items. There are five types of cosmetics in Valorant which are gun buddies, cards, titles, sprays and skins.
Cosmetics can be equipped and changed in the Collection tab. Cosmetics can be collected in various ways including Battle Passes, contracts and from stores. These items can be more customised by using the Radianite points.
Gunbuddies
Gun Buddies are the type of cosmetics in Valorant. They are used to custom the weapons. It is also known as charms which attach to the side of the weapon. These can be unlocked by completing battles pass, Agents contracts or by purchasing them in store areas. Battles pass contains 7 to 14 gun buddies in acts which are spread out in a free or paid tiers. Gunbuddies also get free in special event battles which are free to collect by playing the game.
Player Cards
Player cards are the image which can be used as a background image for a player’s account. It can be shown off two ways in Valorant, one in the lobby as portrait mode and the second one in the game loading screen as a banner. It is also shown in the enemies screen when you kill a player. Player cards can be collected in multiple ways, the first and most common way is the agent’s contract. Each agent has two player cards when you complete the agent’s contracts. Each battle pass also includes multiple player cards to collect. You can also get a free player card with each new act and episodes. There are a total of 320+ player cards in Valorant.
Player Titles
Player title is also a cosmetic type in Valorant. It’s a unique way to show a title with a player name. Players can enable or disable player titles in the collection tab. These titles show in the same way as player cards shown in game. It can be seen in the loading and lobby screen. Enemies can see it when they get killed by you. These titles get in the same way as player cards. Each agent has their own unique player title which can be unlocked by completing the agent’s contracts. It can also be collected in Battles passess, acts, episodes and in special events. There are a total 112 different titles in Valorant right now.
Sprays
Sprays can be equipped in collection tabs and used anywhere on map surface as an image. Sprays can be equipped in three taps which are known as pre-round, during round, and post rounds. Each tab uses limit option sprays due to sprays animation which can be distracting in a round. So less animated animation can be used in the mid round spray tab. These sprays can be collected by unlocking or completing the agent’s contracts, completing or progressing battles pass or by purchasing a bundle in stores.

Weapon Skins
Weapon skins can be collected free in Valorant. These are also the most demanding cosmetics types in the game. Weapon skins can be bought in the store by using Valorant Points and skins can be upgraded by using Radinate Points. Valorant skins are expensive but you can get them at Night Market at a discount which can be available after new acts are released. But there is only one drawback: you can get your favourite skin if it comes randomly to each player’s night market. If you upgrade your weapon skin by using radinate points then there will be a unique animation after the last kill each round. There are a total of 524 skins right now.
